Growth of Human Capital

 

Human capital has the special capacity to grow continually, being made up of assets which appreciate rather then depreciate. An HRD Strategy is much more than a set of programmes to be run but embraces a complete Learning Architecture which builds a learning culture and uses processes which involve all the stakeholders in learning. Managing and Leveraging Knowledge is a critical part of this and needs to be a joint effort from HRD professionals and the IT function.
