Talent White Paper arriving shortly

At the latest MLI Roundtable meeting attended by over 50 people, we were lucky to hear a presentation from Moira Nangle - until recently the Director of OD for Virgin Atlantic. Peter Long  introduced her very engaging presentation of the business context for talent management, and the response to it. We then spent time discussing the content in relation to other attendees' organisational contexts, and the elements of talent management which do and don't transfer across organisations in the public and private sectors.

Andrew Mayo then introduced MLI's new Talent Framework, and delegates had a structured discussion of a number of aspects of it.
